Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Before public launch: replace the operator and jurisdiction details in section 1, and complete the refund/cancellation rules in section 7. These are publication-ready content drafts, not legal advice.

1. Who provides the service

Minecraft AFK.de is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], at [BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: support@minecraftafk.de. Governing jurisdiction and mandatory consumer rights: [JURISDICTION / APPLICABLE LAW].

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, supplying a mailbox you control, and all activity carried out through your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises other users or the service.

3. Permitted use

Use the service only on Minecraft servers and accounts you own or are authorized to automate, and only where the server’s rules permit automation. You must follow applicable laws, Microsoft/Minecraft terms, server rules and the rules of any proxy provider you use. You may not use the service to attack networks, scan private systems, harass players, impersonate others, evade server moderation, or interfere with another user's account or service.

4. Accounts and connected credentials

You authorize the service to connect to the Minecraft account you deliberately link. Microsoft sign-in uses a device-code flow; we do not ask for your Microsoft password in this website. Authentication cache data is encrypted at rest by the application, but no online service can promise zero risk. Unlink an account or delete your account when you no longer want it connected.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service operating but do not promise uninterrupted uptime, continuous server compatibility, or that a third-party Minecraft server will always accept a bot. Minecraft updates, host restrictions, account changes, provider outages and rule changes may interrupt operation. We may maintain, limit, suspend or change features to protect users, comply with law, or preserve service reliability.

6. Trials and subscriptions

Trial eligibility and limits are shown in the website and may be limited to prevent abuse. Subscription features, prices, duration and bot/proxy limits are displayed before purchase. A plan is active only after the application records a successful payment or an administrator grants it. Do not send funds to an address unless it is displayed on your current invoice.

7. Cancellation, refunds and payment disputes

Cancellation method: [DESCRIBE HOW USERS CANCEL]. Refund policy: [STATE THE REFUND RULE, INCLUDING ANY STATUTORY EXCEPTIONS]. Contact support at support@minecraftafk.de with the invoice ID for billing questions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; verify the network and address before sending.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, security risks, fraudulent trials or a violation of these terms. You may request account deletion from the account settings. Some records, including financial records or hashed anti-abuse records, may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, legal obligations or prevention of repeated trial abuse.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as available” to the extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for third-party server bans, lost virtual items, Minecraft account actions, proxy-provider actions or outages outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Questions: support@minecraftafk.de.
